One licensed person on your side

I'm your owner's representative and licensed MA Construction Supervisor — one accountable point of contact for budget, schedule, permits, trades and quality, from the first idea to the final walkthrough.
I'm Mateus Magno. Whether you have finished plans, a sketch or just an idea, talk to me. I'll turn it into a plan, pull the permits, run the trades and every inspection — and stay on your side until the last detail is done. Over $3 million in projects renovated and managed.

I'm your owner's representative and licensed MA Construction Supervisor — one accountable point of contact for budget, schedule, permits, trades and quality, from the first idea to the final walkthrough.

I scan your space with my Matterport 3D camera, design it in 3D, and hand you a line-item budget and schedule in writing — so you approve exactly what you're getting, and what it costs, before a single wall comes down.

Permits pulled under my license. Vetted, licensed electricians and plumbers coordinated and supervised on site — lead-safe practices in older homes, and weekly photo updates for you.

Same kitchen, same angle: the 3D design the client approved, and the room I built. What you approve is what you get.

Final inspections passed, punch list closed, documents handed over. That's how I've delivered over $3 million in renovations and builds.
Every client sees the design before construction starts — often starting from a Matterport 3D scan of their own space. Then I build it, and the finished space matches the plan. Same kitchen, same angle: the 3D design next to the real thing.

Real jobs, real photos — a whole-house renovation, kitchens, bathrooms, decks and a commercial build-out. Tap any project to play its slideshow.
Three quick taps — no email needed.
Have plans, or just an idea? Either way, talk to me — I'll get it done.
No bathroom existed here. I framed the room, coordinated licensed plumbing and electrical, passed the inspections and finished every detail — the same way I'll run your project.

I represent you on the whole project — or build the parts you need.

“Mateus was super prompt at replying and coming by to give me an estimate. I had urgency with finishing a project and he moved his schedule around to graciously accommodate mine. He is also very knowledgeable and his work is impeccable.”
No. Some clients come with finished plans from an architect or designer, others with a sketch or just an idea. Either way, talk to me — I'll help you shape it, and I can show you a 3D design when it helps you decide.
Yes. I use a Matterport 3D camera to capture your space as a walk-through digital model with exact measurements. It's the starting point for the 3D design, the budget and the plan — and you can share the tour with family, your architect or your lender.
I work for you — not for a supplier or a subcontractor. I turn your vision into a written scope, budget and schedule, pull the permits, hire and supervise licensed trades, keep change orders in writing and update you every week until the project is 100% complete.
Yes. I hold an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CS-123658), I'm a registered MA Home Improvement Contractor (HIC #220484) and a certified MA Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor.
Yes. I'll assess what's done, what's done wrong and what's left, then give you a clear written plan and price to get it finished.
Not with me. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint. As a certified MA Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor, I follow lead-safe work practices to protect your family and keep the job compliant.
Usually within 48 hours of the walkthrough, as a written line-item proposal — so you know exactly what's included before anything starts.

Licensing, budgets, design and permits — explained in plain English.

You have plans — or a clear idea. Here's who turns them into a finished project, on budget, without you living on the job site.

Registration, licenses, the written contract, the deposit and who pulls the permit — what Massachusetts law expects, in plain English.

Warm wood, bigger slabs, hidden appliances and storage-first layouts — what's worth it in a triple-decker, a colonial or a condo.
Plans, a sketch or just an idea — talk to me. I'll tell you honestly what it will take — cost, schedule and permits — and then I'll get it done, 100% complete.
